Product Description
Depac 321 is a type of mechanical seal commonly used in water pumps. It is designed to prevent leakage of fluid from the pump and maintain the proper pressure within the system.
The Depac 321 mechanical seal consists of two main components: the stationary seal face and the rotating seal face. The stationary seal face is fixed to the pump housing, while the rotating seal face is attached to the pump shaft.
These two seal faces are pressed together under a controlled amount of pressure, creating a tight seal that prevents fluid from leaking out of the pump. The seal faces are typically made of materials such as carbon, ceramic, or tungsten carbide, which are highly resistant to wear and corrosion.
